The products will then be shipped according to our courier partner’s delivery schedule.

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS
a) On confirmation of your order you will be informed by email about the stage of your order.
b) In every case your order will be shipped by a partner courier of our choice during business hours and days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00). Under our courier partner’s standard delivery schedule, deliveries are as follows:
– within Attica, within 48 hours from dispatch to the courier;
– to mainland prefecture capitals, within 48 hours from dispatch (excluding islands);
– to other areas, within 48 hours, with remote regions potentially taking up to 72 hours.
Our company and its partners take all necessary measures to ensure timely delivery in accordance with the above schedule. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or events beyond our control. Indicatively, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, intermediate loading/unloading depots, transport-related strikes or other strikes affecting deliveries to the partner-couriers’ warehouses, etc. In case of delays our company will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the details you provided to inform you and arrange a new delivery.
6. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
No returns or exchanges are accepted on any Emmanouela Cosmetics products.
7. DEFECTIVE-PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
a) Our company takes every possible measure to specially and carefully package all products (regardless of type) so that they reach you undamaged. In very rare cases, however, a product may be damaged in transit, or you may receive a product with a defect. We therefore ask you to inspect products at the time of receipt.
