If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@emmanouelacosmetics.com, stating your order number and attaching photos of the product, so that we can assess your request and inform you of the next steps.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, without having been used, opened, or altered in any way.
Please ensure that both the products and their packaging remain in excellent condition upon return.
If the return is made for reasons other than a defective product, missing item, or incorrect delivery, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products that come into direct contact with the skin, lips, or eyes, including Foundation, Concealer, Lipstick, Lip Gloss, Glow Liquid Highlighter, Eyeliner, and Mascara.
